In case of any changes or cancellation connected with the ordered services already confirmed by the hotel please inform us in writing. Our clients have the right to cancel their stay and related services up until a certain cancellation date set by the hotel. If the client informs us in writing about serious reasons e.g. serious illness, rehabilitation, military duty, death, serious illness or death of an immediate family member for not being able to start the booked holiday, the hotel can charge a lower cancellation fee than agreed or no fee at all.
In order to confirm your chosen arrangements, we kindly ask you to pay the proforma invoice containing 50% or 100% of the total price of the stay. For issuing a proforma invoice we need all the billing information to be full and accurate. After we receive the complete billing information, the proforma invoice will be sent to you by an email. When the payment is received, we will send the payment confirmation /invoice/ to you. Proforma invoices are to be paid in full within 14 days of the invoice date.
